    Installing it

    1. Choose a layout and any defaults above.
    2. Copy the code and paste it into your page's HTML where the calculator should appear.
    3. The small script resizes the frame as questions and results change. If your site doesn't allow scripts, the frame still works at a fixed height.

    What it covers

    The same questions and engine as our main calculator: England & NI (SDLT), Scotland (LBTT) and Wales (LTT), including first-time buyer relief, additional homes, moving home and the non-resident surcharge. Rates update automatically when we update the site; you don't need to change your code.

    Attribution and privacy

    The widget shows a small "Calculator by stampduty.co.uk" link and a link to open the full calculator. Please keep them visible. The widget doesn't use cookies, collect contact details or track visitors across sites.
